Biography

Michael is Assistant Professor for Business Law and Law and Governance at UBSS.
Michael has 8 years academic experience in the field of Business Law and Corporations Law. Previously, Michael was a Solicitor for Moray and Agnew and MacMahons Solicitors. Prior to that, he was a Financial Adviser for JB Were, Prudential Bache and ANZ / Citigroup. Michael also worked as a Corporate & Financial Adviser for Leyland Asset Management and as a Fund Manager at Belvedere Share Managers.
