Dr Nilima Paul is a passionate Academic both in face to face and online.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as a face to face lecturer and a distance learning Lecturer.

Her carrier objective is to develop and deliver quality learning to the students in the area of Accounting in tertiary education.

Dr Paul has completed her PhD, Masters of Commerce, and Bachelor of Accounting with Honors.

She has also completed the Graduates Certificate in Tertiary Education at Federation University.

She has extensive national and international experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate subjects and has amassed more than 26 years’ experience teaching Accounting & Finance around the world at institutions including Australian Catholic University, Charles Darwin University, , Victoria University, Federation University (IIBIT & MIT), University of New England (ISBT), James Cook University (Homles Institute), Universal Business School Sydney, Carrick Education, Kaplan, Holmes Institute, Top Education and Overseas.

Dr Paul has worked as a distance learning Trainer with Open Colleges since 2004 (formerly known as Cengage Education and Thomson Education Direct).

Nilima’s considerable personal success in teaching was formally acknowledged in 2016 and 2017 with the award of “Executive Dean Award for Outstanding Commitment to Teaching and Learning” in Under Graduate and Post Graduate at UBSS. Her other achievement was “Gold Made 1” in SSC and HSC Examination in Nationwide.
