UBSS Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a little more complex that Credit Transfer because it takes into account previous life and study activity that may be equivalent to what is being studied in the given award.
RPL can often provide an entry option – in the case of an MBA, students without an undergraduate degree may be given entry (through the Graduate Certificate option) based on previous work experience.
There may even be the option of credit towards the award (usually limited to 25%) if a person has a significant and related work experience profile.

The Student Feedback on Units (SFUs) is an online survey that gives students the opportunity to provide feedback on the individual units they take. This feedback is key to helping us improve the units of study, quality of education, learner engagement and the student experience. Survey results are used to review the content and design of units, teaching methodology, assessment procedures, teaching materials and learning guides.
Ensuring student satisfaction and promoting a positive student experience has always been a priority at UBSS. All administrative and academic staff work tirelessly to provide high levels of customer service and student support.
UBSS continues to achieve high levels of student satisfaction in their Executive Delivery programs as per the latest Student Feedback on Unit (SFUs) results.
Students gave a rating of 4.7 out of 5.0 for the Executive Delivery Mode (EDM) MBA for 2022.
The Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) are a suite of government-endorsed surveys for higher education, which cover the student life cycle from commencement to employment.
UBSS participates in the annual QILT Student Experience Survey (SES), as it provides a complete overview of the quality of our education programs at both an undergraduate and postgraduate level.
