By being integrated with the calendars of all staff, teachers and faculty, the UBSS Mobile enables you to virtually book, reschedule and cancel appointments. The dual confirmation system allows you to confirm a desired time, place and method of meeting, with the option to set reminders as alerts or emails. UBSS Mobile allows you to book your own appointments and online queue entry, allowing you to work around your schedule.It allows you to virtually queue on multiple services at one given time, while providing a wait time forecast, real-time queue updates and other details like ticket number and total number of students in queue. You also have the option to leave or re-join any time.
Personalise your own timetable
The online timetable enables you to access online classes by linking you directly to live or recorded lessons and webinars. Each online timetable also outlines each class with a defined colour code according to lecture type, start and finish time, subject name, subject code, designated room and lecturer.
